We'll make sure each part of your wedding day comes together just as you've planned. From site supervision to a needle and thread, the team from We've Got You Covered will provide wedding coordination services for your rehearsal dinner and wedding day. While you, your families, and wedding party are getting ready for the big event, we'll already be on-site supervising the arrival and set-up of the vendors for the ceremony, and will be prepared to handle anything that arises at the last minute. We will make sure the ceremony site looks just as it is meant to, that the photographer is in the right place, and that the limousines are ready to go. And, we'll provide the same services at the reception site, to make sure that it is perfect, too!
It's quick and easy to make arrangements with us. Just fill out the event information form and fax it back to us. We like to meet once in advance so that we can get to know you and learn who your vendors are. After that initial meeting we'll introduce ourselves to your vendors and draw up our plan for the wedding day. One more very brief meeting a few days before your wedding is all it we'll require, then we'll be ready for your day, too! So give us a call. We've got you covered! P.S.
